Online form on the agency site. Use the 'Chci byt model' form (name, type model/actor/influencer, height, date of birth, residence, Instagram/TikTok, contact, experience) and upload a smiling portrait, profile and full-length photo without make-up, max 1.5 MB each; a scout replies within a week.
